Whoa!! I was “flipping” through stylesightings.com and came upon this backstage photo…is it just me or is that a gigantic ringflash?? Or maybe that guy has super small hands or something? Not that I wouldn’t want one, I’m just wondering…
That thing is some crazy DIY… Looks like its powered by a SB-900 up top (see the button on the side?) Then some kind of styrofoam or plastic frame ?
Then some black gaff tape.. Odd contraption.
I’m a bit more interested though in the Sunpak barebulb on his back..
