MUST SEE FUNNY VIDEO OF THE DAY.

Louis CK posted some new stand up material on his youtube channel for a only a short while - get it while it’s hot!

This was a set I did last night at the Comedy Cellar, mostly trying out new material. Some of these jokes work and some very much don’t. There were about 25 people in the audience. I just thought I’d throw it up here for a while.

Piano Trio In E Flat, Op. 100 - Franz Schubert (1797 – 1828)

From the Barry Lyndon Soundtrack, 1968

I have a crush on Marisa Berenson, circa the mid 1970’s - and Sean Young, circa 1982’  twitter.com/mathewsmith_com

Stanley Kubrick, Barry Lyndon - 1975

I deem this this next hot thing for indie filmmaking - cheap (compared to the modern comparable lens) old Lomo Anamorphic lenses used with dSLR’s to shoot HD video.

Just look at that sexy Ridley Scott type flare - straight out of Alien or Blade Runner.

My expired polaroid film is exactly like this - one happily exposed frame, then a sad underexposed one.

New video from Massive Attacks forthcoming album, “Splitting the Atom”

Not to stir up as much controversy as the last porno flick / interview mashup I’d guess, but still a great song - I’m excited for this albums release / leak.

Spoil Yourself of the Day: DarkUFO has just posted a video containing the first 4 minutes and 12 seconds of the first episode of the final season of Lost.

I’m not watching, but you’re a big boy/girl and should be allowed to make this decision for yourself.

Happy spoiling!

The time has come. Are you going to watch or are you going to wait? (I watched. I couldn’t help myself.)

:O

2001: A Space Odyssey
I watch this every few months, so please excuse me if you’ve heard it all before - but this is an amazing film.
Visual effects that still rival modern films, a moving soundtrack and yet production started way back in 1965, and only cost $10.5 million dollars to make.
Plus a crazy computer. How can you not enjoy this?
